Attorney General Beau Biden Supports Marriage Equality in Delaware

I am originally from Texas. And I tend to vote Joe Biden middle of the road on most issues. Living in San Francisco has exposed me to gay people issues then ever before. And being a curious person I always ask a gay person if they were molested or simply attracted to same sex as I am attracted to women. Not one single man or woman has ever listed abuse or molestation as a cause. No. Every single gay person I’ve asked was born gay. If that’s the truth ‘ that means God let it happen. And if God is ok with people being gay ~ I’m damn sure not gonna second guess God. As a straight heterosexual man ; I am not bothered by Gay marriage. It doesn’t detract from my masculine qualities whatsoever. Live and let live was the great message Jesus left as his legacy. I think Beau was right.

I question your statement Mr Large. You state that statically ‘ gay people only stay together 18 months , ! Really ! Who ran the survey ? Just a wild guess but I expect such survey was managed by the religious right ! I am straight and live in San Francisco where sureveys on the longevity of gay marriages far exceed the time in years heterosexual partners remain together.

Statistics show that most Gay partners only stay together for an average of 18 months, what makes you think that Gay Marriage will last a lifetime? We also feel that once the law is changed for “Marriage Equality”, what happens down the road when anyone wants to marry their dog or horse or cat because they “Love Them”?
