Calls for Equality- Weekly EQDE Volunteer Recruitment Phonebanks
After our tremendous work to secure basic relationship recognition for gay and lesbian couples in Delaware we still have work to do! Equality Delaware is working with the Governor and key legislators to build support for marriage, but we need your help! The Legislative Session has begun and we need you help mobilizing all of our supporters in Delaware.
Join us Tuesday in Rehoboth Beach from 6pm-8:30pm at CAMP Rehoboth.
We’ll be calling past supporters and inviting them to upcoming EQDE events. A training, a script and pizza will be provided. There are a limited number of phones to lend out, so please bring laptop computer, cell phone and charger if you are able.
Talking to our supporters one on one is the most effective way to build our team so that we can make the impact we need to this year.
